My fridge is looking a bit crazy these days. Easter is around the corner along with one of my random dinners with friends and their children.
A spiral ham, bags of broccoli, bunches of asparagus, standing rib roast, potatoes, brussel sprouts, brie, salsa – homemade of course, wine, fruit, free range eggs, sour cream, bundles of salted butter, giant bags of spinach, blocks of extra firm tofu and more.
We eat baked pasta, curried vegetables, grilled meat, Korean steak tacos, ramen soup – Korean style, salads with chicken and strawberries, tofu and veggies and other yummy dishes. I try to keep them simple and light and extra vegetably (my own word).
Buy what you love to eat, so that you literally love what you’re eating. At the end of a long hard day, looking forward to a delicious, healthy meal is a really good thing and a really scrumptious thought.
