With every meal comes a salad

A fresh organic greens salad with a few veggies and maybe some nuts and dried fruit. Even when it seems silly, it’s the right thing to do. Even when I make 2-3 other vegetables there’s still a salad. The salad gets eaten first, then everything else. It’s not huge or crazy but it’s fresh and good for your guts.

Be healthy, add a salad to every meal and see how it changes your body for the better. I promise! ❤️
