Artichokes are one of my most favorite vegetables. I simply trim the leaves and shower them with freshly squeezed lemon juice, sprinkle on breadcrumbs and minced garlic, drizzle with olive oil and steam in a pan for about 50 minutes (with the cover on).
I dip them in butter with minced garlic and lemon juice. They really are divine. They’re easy and healthy and they’ll make your insides happy and warm.
