Hatch chilies are all over the markets right now. Here's a quick yummy recipe that will make everyone happy.

Cut chilies in half lengthwise
Take out seeds and stems and rinse

In a bowl mix:

1/4 c Panko
1/4 c Italian bread crumbs seasoned
1/4 c your favorite shredded cheese
1/4 c of Parmesan cheese
2 tsp minced garlic
Pinch of salt

Mix together
Spoon into the chili boats
Drizzle with olive oil

Bake at 375 for 30 minutes
And enjoy!!!!
