Smoothie Criminal

Everyone loves a smoothie.  We are programmed to think we need to eat 3 full meals a day, when in reality, we do not.  We need to drink more water, eat more plant-based diets, exercise and down a smoothie as a meal replacement, every once in a while and let our systems chill out.

In a blender:

1 1/2 cups frozen berry mix (mine had blueberry, raspberry and blackberries)

1/2 cup tangerine juice (Califa)

1/2 cup guava nectar

3/4 cup Greek Honey yogurt

Enjoy.  It’s tart and sweet and smooth and absolutely scrumptious.

Feel free to add any kind of powder you like too (we add collagen).
