Roasted Everything 

At the dinner table there’s a protein of some type and then a handful of veggie side dishes.  Roma tomatoes and cauliflower make it to the table most nights.  They’re washed and patted dry…cut up…sprinkled with a generous amount of olive oil and salt and pepper.

375 degree oven for 45 minutes

Cover tomatoes with foil

Spread cauliflower on the baking sheet and do not cover
