Mushy Bananas = Bestest Banana Bread Ever 

I make banana bread all of the time.  We don’t waste food.  So when the pretty yellow bananas look as though they’ve been hit by a Mack truck, it’s time for my banana bread to hit the oven.

4-5 mushy bananas

2/3 c sugar

1 1/3 c flour 

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp baking powder

2 eggs

Pinch of salt 

5-6 Tbsp vegetable oil (I eyeball this)

Mix it all together in a bowl with your kitchen aid hand mixer (the $40 apparatus) and voila…pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes 

Done done and done 

It’s seriously delicious and moist with crunchy outer parts and soft fluffy inner parts…so yummylicious…

I eat it hot out of the oven with a little butter or with a dollap of ice cream and just close my eyes and dream of wonderful things ☺️🌈 🍌
